Our social media presence may be quiet, but behind the scenes, our team is hard at work making an impact where it matters most.

We were proud to support the Construction Ready Event and honored to award a scholarship to an outstanding student, Amy Aguilar, for her achievement of the 2026 World Painting Scholarship.

Investing in the next generation of talent is something we deeply value.

Our team members also had the privilege of serving in multiple roles throughout the event—as judges, commercial and painting representatives, and more—all to help guide and inspire high school students exploring careers in the construction industry.

We’re grateful to play a small part in building futures and strengthening the workforce of tomorrow. 🔨

Members of our Benise-Dowling team partnered with a local high school to educate vocational students about the Construction Industry and how the Paint Industry is a large part of it.

We hosted a hands on training and a classroom discussion, broken up by pizza for lunch to give the students a better prospective of all the opportunities available in our industry, from a painter to an owner.
