By streamlining our quality system and focusing on continuous improvement, we have shortened our design and lead times and minimized defects. Every product that leaves our facility is checked and double-checked for accuracy. For example, our design department assisted in the development of the industry’s first re-usable plastic gasket. These gaskets are the standard in automotive and industrial engine sealing applications. This design provides a leakless, low-torque, re-usable seal. It saves customers valuable time and money. Our machine shop is capable of machining many types of precision parts. Our turning department can machine components from 1/16” to 57” in diameter. We specialize in working with 416 and 440 series stainless steel and 1018 cold rolled steel, but are capable of working with all types of material. Our CNC turning centers are capable of holding tolerances down to .0005” or less, and are staffed by experienced machinists. Our milling department is state-of-the-art, with the capacity of 18 CNC milling centers. We can work with plates up to 40" X 80", more than enough to tackle all but the largest jobs.
