Our Rope Access Division supports refineries and petrochemical clients across the Gulf Coast and nationwide with inspection, maintenance, and repair work in hard-to-reach areas β chimneys, stacks, vents, piping, vessels, tanks, bins, silos, and large structures.
We are growing our rope access roster and are actively hiring SPRAT- and/or IRATA-certified technicians at all three levels.

π§ WHAT YOU'LL DO
β’ Perform rope access work within the petrochemical industry
β’ Execute mechanical scope, inspections, maintenance, general operations support and other at-height tasks as assigned
β’ Rig and operate within established safe-work plans, JSAs, and site-specific permits
β’ Conduct pre-use equipment inspections and maintain accurate gear logs
β’ Participate in rescue planning and stand ready to execute rope rescue if needed

π― WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
All Levels:
β’ Current SPRAT and/or IRATA certification (Level 1, 2, or 3) β must be in good standing
β’ TWIC card with pin number
β’ Valid Texas or Louisiana driver's license
β’ Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical
β’ Comfort working at heights, in confined spaces, and in hot/cold environments
β’ Strong commitment to safety culture and willingness to stop work for unsafe conditions
Preferred:
β’ Prior oil and gas experience
β’ Current Safety Essentials safety council course
β’ Secondary trade skills: NDE certifications, welding, NCCER boilermaker, insulation, blasting/painting, or rigging
β’ Rescue Technician certification
