🚚 A Reminder About Deliveries

We require someone to be present when we deliver.

Why?

Because despite repeated testing, our drivers still haven't developed psychic abilities. 🔮

We know. We're disappointed too.

Unfortunately, "just put it somewhere over there" can mean about 47 different places once we arrive. And while a pile of dirt or rocks looks small on paper, it suddenly becomes very noticeable when it's sitting in the exact spot you didn't want it.

So before dumping, we:

✅ Confirm the location with you

✅ Make sure we're not driving somewhere we shouldn't

✅ Collect payment

✅ Get a signature

✅ Avoid creating a future Facebook post titled "Guess Where They Dumped My Dirt"

For these reasons, a responsible adult must be present at delivery.

No exceptions. Because unlike Amazon packages, 20 yards of dirt can't be tucked behind a flower pot. 😎

Thanks for helping us make sure every load ends up exactly where it's supposed to.
