This position would be assisting a warehouse lead and studio photographer processing assets for our surplus business.
Schedule will be Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.

Duties will include:
• Pressure washing
• Cleaning Equipment with proper cleaning supplies dependent upon need.
• Must be able to operate forklift
• Must have the ability to work 8 hours a day standing, bending, and carrying equipment up to 50LBS.
• Must be willing to work in a warehouse year round
• Must be bilingual

Warehouse Studio Photographer

Photographer is responsible for taking clear, dynamic photos according to supervisor specifications of the Surplus inventory King Surplus maintains. Their duties include setting up, lighting and equipment to prepare to capture images of inventory we are selling. And maintain production of 20-30 items per day photographed. No photo editing skills needed. Must be willing and able to work in a warehouse year-round.

Communicating with supervisor to set up for daily photos

Maintaining and managing photography equipment

Responsible for ensuring accuracy of information, including weights, dimensions, other additional requirements.

Submitting photos to appropriate folders

Data entry for end of day inventory into erp platform.

Managing photos & workflows.

Ability to work 8 hours a day standing, bending, moving equipment 30-40lbs.

Manage additional team member to weigh and clean inventory assets.

Heavy equipment - must be able to drive a forklift for heavy machinery.

Proficiency with photo equipment

Basic computer skills

Communication skills

Must be bilingual

The metal sorter will support recycling operations by overseeing the process of separating various scrap materials. The right individual will be flexible as working hours may regularly extend beyond regular business hours.

- Operates production equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines

- Assist in performing inventory on materials

- Prior knowledge of metal identification is a plus (Pay will rise accordingly depending upon experience)

- Must work within mandated timelines

- Self / Professional responsibility and organization, is a must. We are not micro-managers at King Surplus.

- PREFERRED 1 year experience in either recycling and/or manufacturing environment

- Must be able to perform the physical task of the job assigned; to include climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching

- Must be able to stand for significant lengths of time.

- Must have experience with computers (Reporting with Excel, Email, Etc) (40+WPM Required)

Responsibilities:

•Perform general maintenance duties
•Utilize pesticides to rid grounds of pests such as mosquitos, wasps, and ticks
•Safely cut grounds using hand, power or riding mower for trimming edges around walkways, flower beds, and walls
•Monitor property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance
•Ensure grounds are free of weeds and dead plants

Qualifications:

•A minimum of 6mo.-1 year experience in a lawn/yard maintenance
•Must be able to safely operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, tractor and shredder
•Basic lawn maintenance
