Alti-2 Alti-2, Inc. was formed in 1999 by U.S. Air Force Veteran Kathy Grix and Roger Allen, former General Manager of SSE, Inc.

The company continued to manufacture SSE’s legendary Altimaster II and Altimaster III altimeters for the sport market and a range of military products that included the MA2-30 altimeter still in use today. In 2001 Alti-2 introduced Altimaster Galaxy, their first proprietary design, followed by innovative game-changers such as Neptune, the first dual use instrument (visual or audible) to combine an electronic pressure sensor, digital display, integrated logbook function, and waterproofing. Alti-2’s current flagship, Atlas, is in use by thousands of skydivers worldwide.

✨ Athlete Spotlight: Ge Tang ✨

For Ge, skydiving is about appreciating the moments that make being in the sky so special.

“I enjoy the moments of beauty in skydiving. This could be a stunning sunset, the sensation of a perfect flight, or seeing a big smile from someone else in freefall.”

Ge loves passing his knowledge on to others, teaching skydivers of all levels. As a canopy coach at Dropzone Thailand and part of the Flight-1 Canopy School, he’s especially passionate about canopy piloting and CRW. 🪂

We’re proud to have Ge representing the Alti-2 community and sharing his passion and experience with the next generation of skydivers.

Look Mum, no hands! 😎🪂

The Ghostrider is a perfect example of the precision, control, and creativity that goes into freestyle canopy piloting. When every movement counts, knowing exactly where you are under canopy matters.

The Atlas II has four customizable canopy alarms, helping you stay altitude-aware throughout your flight. Set your alarms to suit your jump and let your altimeter keep you informed while you focus on the flying.

Precision in the sky starts with knowing your altitude. 🤘

Taking to the skies over Ayr! 🪂

The Red Devils took part in the Ayr Airshow, bringing precision parachuting to the skies above Scotland’s coastline.

The International Ayr Show, Festival of Flight is one of Scotland’s major aviation events, bringing together military and civilian aircraft, aerobatic displays, fly-bys, and parachute demonstrations for a weekend celebrating aviation.

Always great to see the Red Devils doing what they do best and putting on a show from above! 🇬🇧🪂

Another smooth one for the books.💥

There’s nothing quite like watching an advanced canopy pilot come in for a landing. When every second counts, having altitude information you can rely on is an important part of the setup.

Alti-2 altimeters are built with skydivers in mind, offering features like canopy alarms, approach alarms, easy-to-read displays, and rugged construction to support you from exit to landing.

Whether you’re at work or play, Alti-2 has the right gear for you!

Working day in, day out and doing multiple jumps? Alti-2’s rechargeable altimeters are built to keep up. With USB-C charging and up to 5 months of battery life, you can spend less time worrying about charging and more time focused on the skydive. No disposable batteries means less maintenance, less waste, and Alti-2 estimates over $100 in battery savings over 10 years.

Built for long days and multiple loads. Built to keep you jumping.
