I cannot recommend McTeers Heating & Cooling enough. Our HVAC unit completely stopped cooling several weeks ago leaving us without AC upstairs in our home. I made a call to McTeers & they had a technician out to me that same day. I received a diagnosis and estimate later that afternoon with plans to repair as soon as the part became available. Of course this happened during a pretty warm couple weeks, but this was no concern as a technician came by the next day with several AC units to keep my upstairs comfortable until the part arrived. Before I knew it, the part was in and I received another call-they had a technician ready to service us the very next day. Trevor was our technician through out the entire process and between him and the Customer Service Rep, the communication was seamless. Receiving the news of an unfortunate, costly repair is never the type of news a home owner wants to hear, but McTeers made it much easier with the interest free financing and affordable payment plans. This was a 10/10 perfect customer service experience. Thank you all!

How often should I get my system serviced? We have an answer!
