Out with the water-damaged pergola and ant-eaten railings, in with a clean, low-maintenance retreat! 🛠️✨
We took this aging wooden deck down to its bones and upgraded it with composite Trex decking and sleek black metal railings. Now it’s built to enjoy without the maintenance headaches.
We used FastenMaster Deck Frame Coating on the joists to prevent rot before laying down the new trexdecking composite decking. Built to look great and last for decades!

From peeling paint to a beautiful, low-maintenance outdoor space! ✨

This homeowner was tired of the upkeep on her deck. Even Benjamin Moore exterior paint couldn’t stand up to the elements, so she decided it was time for an upgrade with Trex decking.

She chose a coastal-inspired X-pattern railing, finished in a white semi-transparent stain, along with a lower railing height that gives her a better view of her backyard 🌳

We love how this space turned out, and apparently, her four-legged friend does too! 🐾
A more durable deck, less maintenance, and a backyard that’s easier to enjoy. That’s a transformation we’re proud to be part of!

What a transformation! ✨This kitchen was completely refreshed with beautiful white upper cabinets and sophisticated gray lower cabinets, creating a timeless and classic look.

A custom backsplash featuring blue and white textured tiles adds a beautiful touch of color and personality to the space.

We refinished the floors, skimcoated and painted the walls in Benjamin Moore Paper White, and completed the space with new moldings and beautifully finished window and door trim. The owner’s vintage stained-glass pendant was kept as a charming finishing detail.

From worn, weathered wood to a fresh new outdoor space just in time for Memorial Day weekend and summer grilling season ☀️🔥

For this deck transformation, we kept the existing frame and upgraded everything else with low-maintenance Trex composite decking, crisp white posts and rails, and black spindles for a clean modern finish.

🔨This project started with years of paint buildup and patching on the existing decking, creating uneven layers and worn surfaces.
We carefully removed the old structure, addressed what was underneath, and rebuilt it with proper detailing and protection at every step.
A liquid-applied deck frame waterproofing membrane system was used to help protect the structure below the decking, followed by new quarter-sawn Douglas fir decking installed for its strength, stability, and beautiful tight grain. 🪵 New railing and rebuilt steps were added for safety and durability.
The homeowner chose to finish it themselves with stain, so we left it fully prepped and ready for their final touch. 🎨
