Cutler Bay is going vertical! 🏗️

On Friday, our KL team joined Mayor Meerbott, the Town Council and the community to celebrate the groundbreaking of Legacy Park & Municipal Complex.

The 16-acre campus will bring together a new Town Hall, Police Station and Community Center, along with park space for festivals, farmers markets, performances and everyday time outdoors.

We’re proud to work alongside the Town and our design partners, Michael Graves, Saltz Michelson Architects and EDSA, to bring this vision to life. Excited for what’s ahead!

We’re excited to reach this milestone with the Town of Cutler Bay and our project partners, and even more excited for what’s ahead!

A big milestone for Lumio Pompano Beach!

Last week, we joined our client and developer, Atlantic Residential, to celebrate the grand opening of this 423-unit community, where Kaufman Lynn served as general contractor. It was great to have the entire project team together to celebrate the work that went into bringing Lumio to life.

Quality was a focus throughout the project, and we’re proud to have partnered with Bizi Arq, whose design and attention to detail can be seen throughout the community.

Congratulations to Atlantic Residential and the entire team on a great project and an exciting opening!

It’s always good to put a face to the name. Events like the ABC GC Showcase bring our team and subcontractor community together, turning familiar names from calls and emails into face-to-face conversations.

There’s a different energy when you can shake hands, share a laugh and get to know the people you work with a little better.

At KL, those relationships matter to us, and it’s good to make time for them in person!
