The Wauseon Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors is thrilled to announce Tara Dumas as the new Executive Director.
A graduate of Wauseon High School, Tara currently resides in Wauseon and completed her Bachelor of Science degree from Campbellsville College. Tara has been married to her husband, Brad Dumas for 30 years, and they have 2 adult sons.
With a background in community outreach, program development, membership engagement, and fundraising efforts, Tara is passionate about connecting people, strengthening partnerships and advancing organizational goals.
In Tara's spare time, she enjoys playing pickleball, helping at her church, reading, and spending time with her family playing board games and cards.
Tara is looking forward to working closely with the chamber membership and community leaders to support economic growth, fostering strong collaborations, and building a vibrant future for the community of Wauseon.
Tara begins her new position on Monday, November 2nd.
