Our Lumps Plant is officially open!

On October 9, we officially opened our Fluorspar Lumps Plant in Delta, Utah, joined by Federal and State representatives, industry partners, our hardworking teams and local Delta families.

It was a proud day for us at Ares Strategic Mining Inc., marking the return of commercial fluorspar production to the U.S. after more than three decades, and an exciting step towards building a fully integrated operation, from the mine to market-ready product.

🎉We are excited to announce that tomorrow, Friday, October 9, 2026, ARES will be hosting an official ribbon-cutting ceremony at our Processing Facility in Delta, Utah. 🎉
The ceremony will mark the opening of our new Fluorspar Lumps Plant, and a major milestone in the return of domestic fluorspar processing to the United States.

We will welcome U.S Representative Rep. Mike Kennedy , to open the ceremony, along with Carson Brown from the Office of U.S. Senator Senator John Curtis , and Utah State Senator David P. Hinkins.
We also look forward to having in attendance key state leaders and industry executives, including Emy Lesofski from Utah Office of Energy, Dana Dean from the Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining, Brian Sommers from Utah Mining Association, Peter Godart from Found Industries, Wade Garrett from Utah Farm Bureau Federation, Shule Bishop of Bishop Consulting Group, as well as federal representatives, strategic partners, and local stakeholders as we celebrate this exciting chapter for Ares and for North America.

Hitting our milestones is only achieved due to the support of the State of Utah and our shareholders, for which we are grateful. We look forward to continued expansion, and our second fluorspar plant coming online soon, but for now, we’re taking this moment to celebrate the win!

🔎 49 new fluorspar targets identified at Spor Mountain

Ares Strategic Mining Inc. has identified 49 preliminary fluorspar targets across the Spor Mountain range in Utah through a third-stage satellite survey with XMTS, a company specializing in remote subsurface exploration.

Several of the targets are close to our existing Lost Sheep Mine infrastructure, allowing us to potentially build on what is already in place.

What happens next?

CEO James Walker explained, “We will test those signatures against the geology on the ground and our earlier surveys, then advance the most promising targets in sequence. If confirmed, they could give the Utah operation valuable future options.”

🏭 On site at the Lumps Plant. We’ve had all hands on deck as we move through the ramp-up production phase, and we’re happy to report the circuit is operating well, and lumps are being produced.

Pictured below:
1. The conveyor is running smoothly, moving crushed product through the circuit.
2. Washed and sized material is being transferred cleanly into the next stage of the circuit.
3. The process sump is circulating slurry effectively, keeping the material mixed and moving forward.
4. The thickener is settling solids and recovering process water for reuse.
5. Lumps coming out of the processing facility.

What’s next for Ares?
✓ We’ll have a videography team on site shortly to capture the Lumps Plant in operation, including lumps piled up already at site! Stay tuned.
✓ We’ll also be sharing more on the planned NASDAQ uplisting soon.

It’s official! ARES has returned fluorspar processing to the USA.

Mined ore from the Lost Sheep Mine in Utah is now on trucks and entering the Metallurgical Lumps Plant in Delta - connecting the mine and the plant for the first time.

This marks one of the most significant operational milestones in ARES’ history, and we are incredibly proud of the hardworking teams who have helped to get our plant processing operation underway.

CEO James Walker explains: “This is the physical supply chain we have spent years building. Over the next week, our engineers and operators will use real Lost Sheep material to fine-tune the plant and understand exactly how the ore behaves through each stage of the process. We can optimize around the material we are actually mining rather than theoretical feed characteristics. Every truckload gives our team more operating information and takes us another step toward establishing consistent production."

Here we go! Plant commissioning is officially underway!! 🎉

Ares Strategic Mining is thrilled to announce that commissioning of our Metallurgical Lumps Plant officially commenced on July 15th. For the first time, the entire plant is operating as one fully integrated system as we progress through our four-week commissioning program.

Even more exciting, our production ramp-up is scheduled to begin on August 15, 2026! 🚀
