The prep wash was the teaser, here’s the final reveal.

Elite Solutions LA installed our Industrial Clear on this front-end loader at Power Equipment in Little Rock, Arkansas, before it entered service with a fertilizer company.

After two or three years around fertilizer, an unprotected factory finish can show serious deterioration. Our coating adds a hard, high-gloss barrier designed to resist chemicals, abrasion, corrosion, and UV exposure.

It is designed for 15+ years of protection in general-use environments. In severe fertilizer service, our goal is to add several valuable years and potentially extend the life of the machine’s finish by 2–3×.

When standard softwashing wasn't cutting it, strategy took over… 🧠💥

While servicing the ULM Activity Center University of Louisiana Monroe, our initial organic softwash mix barely moved the needle on this section. Looking around, we spotted the culprit: a roof hood vent right below was depositing years of inorganic oil and grease onto the wall.

Blasting delicate stucco with 3,000+ PSI high pressure might seem like the quick fix, but it's a fast track to etching the surface and causing permanent damage. ❌

Here’s how we solved it safely:
1️⃣ Switched Chemistry: Applied a specialized, diluted degreaser.
2️⃣ Dwell Time: Allowed 10–15 minutes for the solution to break down the heavy oil bonds.
3️⃣ Low-Pressure Rinse: Rinsed clean at under 1,000 PSI to keep the substrate 100% safe.

The result? Pure satisfaction and zero surface damage! 🧼✨

Preserving History with Modern Technology 🧱⚡️

Recently, our team took on a unique and highly specialized challenge at the historical brick building at the entrance of Bally's Baton Rouge in downtown Baton Rouge. When traditional cleaning methods fall short on delicate historical masonry, you have to think outside the box to protect the integrity of the building.

The project manager for W.E. O'Neil Construction (GC) reached out to us when they hit a serious roadblock: a thick, stubborn layer of tar heavily bonded to the historic brick facade. They tried a few chemical & physical removal options with little impact. Laser Cleaning was the next best option that could be found through online research. Once the GC reached out, we arrived for a test spot, it worked extremely well!

So we had the privilege of serving as a sub for Langlois Construction (Contractor responsible for all of the masonry work needed for the entire project. Elite Solutions LA stepped in for the tar removal only).

Then commenced the 3-step restoration process:

Step 1: Bulk Removal – Meticulous manual scraping to remove the heavy top layers of tar.

Step 2: Laser Surface Cleaning – Utilizing cutting-edge laser technology to safely vaporize the residual tar trapped deep within the brick's pores, ensuring zero damage to the historic substrate.

Step 3: Color Restoration – A final restoration treatment to bring back the brick's original, vibrant coloring and natural finish.

The Impact: The results speak for themselves. We were able to completely restore the masonry, absolutely pleasing the project management team with the results and 💵 💵 💵 saved vs. other methods.

Back on campus and beating the buzzer! 🏈✨

We just wrapped up our 2nd consecutive year cleaning the student housing at Nicholls State University. This time, it was a rush job to ensure the campus was looking absolutely pristine in time to host the annual Manning Passing Academy!

As the official state contract holder for soft washing, pressure washing, and window cleaning for the University of Louisiana System Colleges, we take immense pride in keeping our state's educational facilities welcoming—and we know how to deliver top-tier results under a tight deadline.

Here is a quick look at the scope of this project:

🏢 The Property: 8 buildings total (7 Student Apartment buildings + 1 Clubhouse).
