The Porta-Push is Engineered to be better than the "original", it is a hand held device to help you push out those dents/dings/bent bars. You can easily operate with 1 hand with the convenient extend/retract rocker switch. It has 1500lbs of pushing power and comes standard with a billet end plate and will accept standard 4 ton (7/8 dia) port a power adapters which are available on the website. It has a 6 inch stroke and you can choose from Milwaukee M18 battery adapter or DeWalt 20v battery adapter. It comes with your choice of cast end adapters or composite end adapters. We use all stainless steel allen head fasteners, not cheap zinc plated pan head screws from the local hardware store. They come with a 12" nylon strap to help you with those difficult pushes.
They are just 5 lbs (without battery) with composite adapters and 6lbs with cast adapters. They are 15.5 inches long with composite adapters and 16.125 long with cast adapters.

TR's Tool Service has been in business since 2005 and is approaching our 21st anniversary. We are not some fly by night that you will have to worry about parts and service after the sale in a couple of years. We have been producing our own line of race products for the last 12 years.
Terry has 31 years of machining/fabrication/manufacturing experience. All of our parts are made in house on our own Mazak CNC 3 axis mill and our Mazak 5 axis Integrex multi task machine and our expanding line of 3D printers.

Another first, Here is the upgraded heavy duty shaft for the Porta-Push made from Billet 6061 aircraft grade aluminum with a stout 3/16 wall.

Inspired by the people who reached out with that "Other brand" asking if I made a heavy duty replacement shafts since they knew I was a machine shop.

So another part for the Porta-Push engineered to be better than the "original"

These will be available to purchase as replacements and also as upgrades to new Porta-Push units.

Sorry for the machines running in the background, not going to turn off the "money makers" to make a video. Yes it goes out further than that. Did not see a reason to video it going out the full 6"

Yes these will fit in the other guys stuff, but you will definitely know that it not their piece. I had some fun with the Helical engraving on the 5 axis Integrex.

All of our stuff is 100% manufactured in house on our own CNC machines and 3D printers.

Another thanks to all of our customers, our all electric lifts are selling strong with a backlog of backorders.

WOW is all I can say with the Porta-Pushes. In just under a month since we introduced it to our product line we blew right past the century mark and we are quickly approaching the 150 mark in sales. We have such great customers and we would just like to say thanks for everyone's continued support.

We are starting a Super Nationals Sale starting today through Sept, 2nd to help out everyone going to Boone. We know the week of Boone is very expensive and hard on equipment. We want to help out by putting the Composite end Porta-Push on sale for $199 and with Free ground shipping as well! We have been putting in the overtime to keep up with the demand and we have plenty in stock ready to ship out.

We are working on a couple other things that we will announce in the next couple of days. 14hrs a day 7 days a week will continue until we no longer have a back log of lift orders.
