This interior was done near Castle Pines Parkway. We didn't leave any crooked lines whatsoever. This customer was very happy with the end result.

This was a framing job. This was what is known as a pop top, this was a ranch house. We demolished the whole top end of this house to add this space which used to be an attic. This was a subcontract for a General Contractor in Littleton. Framing and Siding completed by Mile High Professional Finishes.

These are the after pictures for Emily's exterior. As you can see we added a piece of 1x6 cedar all the areas that were rotted on the bottom of each side. We replaced the 1x4 with cedar in that corner, this part of the house is an addition that the previous owner added and the trade craft wasn't the best. We caulked every side, crack, gap, joint and hole through the house. We sprayed a heavy uniform coat throughout the exterior. This homeowner received a 10 year written notarized letter signed by our CEO.
