🏠 4 HOMES. OVER 550 FEET OF CUSTOM METALWORK. 🔥

Another large project completed! We recently finished the railings and wall-mounted handrails throughout 4 homes, totaling approximately:

▪️ 450+ linear feet of custom railing
▪️ 100+ linear feet of wall-mounted handrail

For this project, we used one of our most requested designs — our modern horizontal railing — finished in Textured Black powder coating.

The textured finish not only gives the railings a clean, modern look, but also provides better grip, helps resist scratches, and makes fingerprints much less noticeable.

From fabrication to powder coating and final installation, everything was custom-built to fit each home.

Not every railing is created equal—curved work takes a different level of skill. 👨🏻‍🏭🔥

The homeowner originally hired another contractor to complete the railings throughout the house. They completed all the straight sections, but when it came to these curved sections, they weren’t able to get it done and the project was left unfinished.

That’s when they reached out to us.

We stepped in, custom fabricated the curved railings to follow the staircase, and completed the missing piece of the project.

Here’s the final result. 👍🏻🔥

From bare steel to a finished centerpiece. 🔥

We first came in to fabricate and install this custom mono-stringer staircase, and now the final phase is complete with the installation of the railings.

For the railing system, we went with stainless steel cable infill to keep the design clean, modern, and open while letting the floating staircase remain the center of attention.

The combination of the black steel, natural wood, and stainless steel cable came together beautifully. Definitely one of those projects where every detail makes a difference. 👌

Before we started fabrication, we created an AI visualization to help our client see exactly how their new railings would look.

Fast forward to installation—and it’s honestly hard to tell which one is which. The finished product matched the visualization almost perfectly, down to the smallest details.
