Calling all certified flagger - Come work the Colfax Marathon on May 19th

Come be a part of a Denver Tradition - Spots filled on a first come first serve basis

Looking for RELIABLE & PERSONABLE flaggers to work the Colfax Marathon in Denver on May 19th.

* Must have a valid flagger certification
* Must have a valid picture ID and ss card or birth certificate for I9 verification
* Must have RELIABLE transportation to the event at 4:30am the day of the event
* Must come register with our company no later than a week before the event
* Must have a working cell phone (not just Wi-Fi) so you can be contacted on the day of the event while at your post

* PPE & Stop/Slow paddle provided for day of the event

$21 per hour - 6-hour minimum

We're looking for a part time assistant in a traffic control industry office. 58th & I- 25. Past experience in the industry is a huge plus, but not a requirement. Our hours and seasons fluctuate so versatility is a must. Required office hours are 11am to 3pm, but will need to cover for the manager on vacation days from 10am to 3pm. We have immediate openings for entry-level and experienced Flaggers in the Denver/metro, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs and all surrounding areas!

No experience necessary, but hugely welcomed. Training and certification will be provided during orientation. Start your career in Flagging in as little as 4 hours!

While flagging you will be expected to stand for long periods of time in the elements.
Paying close attention to oncoming traffic and surroundings is an absolute must!

You must be able to follow instructions closely.

Having a positive attitude is required of all Flaggers!

Must have:
Two valid forms of ID
work boots
Reliable transportation to and from ALL job sites
Working smart phone to receive schedules

It’s National Work Zone Awareness Week!

Did you know, ​in 2020, 857 people were killed in 774 fatal work zone crashes, according to the most recent data available from workzonesafety.org. ​

Motor vehicle safety is one of the most important things on the roadways, as millions of workers use them as part of their jobs, and motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of work-related deaths in the U.S.

What many fail to recognize is the vast majority of people killed in work zone crashes are motorists and their passengers. In 2020, 117 workers died in work zones, making it all the more important for drivers to slow down and stay focused while approaching and passing through a roadway work zone.

Work zones are a sign to SLOW DOWN!

If we slow down, we can save lives. Together we can achieve zero deaths on our roads and in our work zones!
