DenTech Industrial recently welcomed the production team from All Access Andy Garcia for a day of filming at our facility. While the episode is still in production and will air at a later date, we're excited to share a few behind-the-scenes moments from the shoot.

There's a common mistake in industrial ventilation projects: selecting the collector before designing the system.
🔩The right collector for your facility depends on capture volume, duct routing, static pressure losses, and the specific characteristics of the particulate you're handling: particle size, density, abrasiveness, combustibility. Specifying equipment without that analysis often results in a system that's under-powered from day one, or one that's over-engineered and expensive to operate.

➡️Our in-house design team works through these parameters (and more) before any equipment is specified. We use that analysis to size the collector, design the ductwork, specify capture hoods, and select filtration media, building the system around the process.
