Meet Matt Lausch, one of our sales reps at DenTech Industrial. 👋

He joined DenTech’s mechanical design department in 1993 and has grown his expertise in industrial equipment, project management, and sales. He brings hands-on experience to mechanical solutions, including fabrication and dust collection equipment.

Matt’s favorite aspect of working at DenTech is collaborating with all the departments and seeing a project from start to finish, with a satisfied customer at the end. Matt says, “It’s a great accomplishment to work for a company that has been in business for over 40 years, and I’ve been a part of that for many years – 33 years to be exact!”

When he isn’t scoping mechanical solutions, Matt is a great co****le player. He and his son are often at the top of our annual co****le tournament.

30 customers. One 40,000 sq. ft. warehouse. Live automation, built and tested before it ever reaches the plant floor!

In September, we opened our doors for DenTech Industrial's Food Manufacturing and Automation Event. Customers walked through current projects and saw how in-house design, fabrication, controls, and automation come together.

On the floor:

✅Eight FANUC robots working together with vision tracking and inspection
✅A three-level modular platform system built for food processing
✅A flavor dispensing system that consolidates drums and totes
✅Process controls and HMI, including an AyrDyne dust collection controller demo
✅A custom power saw for precise cuts on large, extruded products

We also set up the space like a tradeshow, with live partner demos of vision systems, advanced controls, and autonomous mobile robots. Two PDH-eligible sessions covered dust collection system design and combustible dust (NFPA standards, hazards, and risk mitigation).

Building and testing in-house means less downtime at your facility and fewer surprises at installation.

We're excited to have students on site to gain hands-on experience!

Several high school students from Mrs. Thomas's class are gaining valuable work experience at DenTech Industrial in Denver. Here they are assisting with a new robotic machine the company has developed.

We are immensely grateful to our business partners in the community who graciously give our students meaningful learning and career exploration opportunities! 💙🤍
