Good Evening ACM members!

Interested in joining a competitive international coding competition?

Come and join us this Thursday, October 11, at 6 pm at Lawrence St. building 8th floor, PC lab. Professor Ashis Biswas will be hosting an informational meeting about the ICPC coding challenge. No experiences or skill requirement required. If you are interested in participating be sure to join us!

What is ICPC?
The International Collegiate Programming Contest is an algorithmic programming contest for college students. Teams of three, representing their university, work to solve the most real-world problems, fostering collaboration, creativity, innovation, and the ability to perform under pressure. Through training and competition, teams challenge each other to raise the bar on what's possible. Quite simply, it is the oldest, largest, and most prestigious programming contest in the world.

About Professor Ashis Biswas:
Ashis Biswas served as official coach of several ACM ICPC teams representing University of Dhaka (2010-2011), University of Asia Pacific (2009-2010) and State University of Bangladesh (2008). He is very excited to help CU Denver startup and coach our very own competitive programming team!

If you are interested but can not make the meeting please contact Professor Ashis Biswas at [email protected]
