It took an extra week but our Cap Hill Project has closed. After a full remodel that was done by and funded by team at House Lift, we increased the net profit by $51,000!!!! That is a lot of extra money in this sellers pockets. Please call us if you need some extra money as well

While we are anxiously awaiting the close of our Cap Hill Project, we are thrilled to have listed the Wash Park condo today. We have attached some before and after photos. And for those of you who ask, that sweet dog is Sable. She loves helping the crew get their tools and taking naps on the sun soaked balcony.

Our Cap Hill project is nearly done and we absolutely love the new kitchen! We can't wait to get this on the market next week and help the owners make some extra money. Most pictures to come next week! What do you think of the new kitchen?

We have another project starting today as the team has arrived in Wash Park and is starting to demo this unit. We can't wait to show you the progress and we look forward to adding more profit to this owners pocket!

Our newest project is coming along. Demo is done and we are really excited with how much we were able to open up this kitchen in the condo. This next week we will be patching up the drywall, painting the unit and putting new tile in the bathroom floors. Can’t wait for everyone to see the finished product!

The House Lift team is at it again. Today we are starting a new condo project in Cap Hill. This unit is going to be getting a new expanded kitchen, new hardwood floors and two completely updated bathrooms. We will be sure to update you through the process.
