Job Responsibilities
Answering phone calls and fielding them to correct lines within the office
Communicate pricing, contact information and submitals with co-workers and customer
Continuous communication and monitoring of customers via email and phone
Building sales quotes and invoices
Enters Purchase Orders, Inventory and Costs
Prepare Monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast
Report on sales metrics and suggests improvements
Inspect the levels of buisness supplies and raw materials to identify shortages
Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory

Preffered Requirements
Highway paving product knowledges
Associates degree
At least 2-5 sales experience
Have verbal and written communication skills
Be detailed oriented, organized, calculated and self driven
Have experience with excel

*base $40000 plus commission
