Rising above Belleview Station, Block F, a new project is taking shape in a big way! This impressive project features a 20-story residential tower built atop a five-level parking structure—plus an additional underground level—bringing both scale and complexity to the Denver Tech Center’s newest site.

CTL|T played a key role from the ground up, delivering the geotechnical investigation that set the foundation for success. Using Menard Pressuremeter testing within the bedrock, our team helped optimize a value-engineered foundation design tailored to the site’s conditions.

And we didn’t stop there. Throughout construction, CTL|T has stayed actively involved—providing observation and materials testing services every step of the way. From earthwork and utility compaction testing to drilled pier installation, steel reinforcement inspections, and concrete testing, our team is helping ensure quality, safety, and performance at every level.

The AHEC Ballfield Development is moving forward with a strong foundation—both above and below ground. Our team supported this project with a geotechnical investigation, Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, materials management planning (MMP), construction observation and materials testing (COMT), and additional environmental services to help develop a unique ground improvement solution relatively new to the Denver Metro area. This helped to ensure site readiness and long-term performance. From environmental due diligence to construction-phase support, we’re proud to contribute services that help create safe, durable educational spaces for the community.
