Bounds Of North Carolina LLC Bounds Construction has been in business since 1983. We have built over 100 new homes and hundreds o to build your special home or project.

The process to get started is usually a client will have their own design or find a home in a plan magazine, bring it into our office and we can give a close estimate from that to let them know the price range. They then order blueprints and bring them in for a exact quote. If our price is accepted we will draw up a contract for them to submit to the bank. After the contract is signed we will sche

dule their project.One of the most important and expensive investments a person can make during his or her lifetime is the purchase of a home. It is imperative that the workmanship is of the highest quality possible.
