It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our founder, Chuck Lohmiller.
Chuck built far more than a company. He built a culture, a community, and a legacy that continues to impact all of us today.
Many will remember Chuck for his accomplishments as an entrepreneur, visionary, investor, pilot, triathlete, golfer, car enthusiast, art aficionado, and philanthropist. But those who knew him best will remember something even more important: Chuck did the little things.
He encouraged people. He shared his knowledge freely. He believed in training and developing others. He worked alongside people, not above them. He cared deeply about employees and their families. He invested in growth, planned to win, solved problems, and helped people find solutions that benefited everyone involved.
Chuck was a man of faith, a devoted husband and father, a trusted friend, and someone who genuinely cared about the success of others. Long before networking became a business buzzword, Chuck was building relationships and connecting people. He understood that when people grow, businesses grow.
His influence can be seen throughout our organization: in our commitment to training, our belief in teamwork, our investment in people, and our desire to leave things better than we found them.
Most importantly, Chuck was human. Chuck made people feel valued. He cared, he listened, he taught, and he made a difference in the lives of countless people.
We are grateful for the foundation he built and the example he set. His legacy lives on through the people he mentored, the relationships he cultivated, and the company he founded.
Please keep Chuck's family and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers, and respect their privacy during this difficult time.
