Time Between Welds Part 2 - Redo! I took suggested welds from comments and applied them in a part two of testing how much time between welds affects the material. This is re-recorded for smaller welds on the turntable coupons.
I have found that welds likely to move more than you want will usually move a lot less if there is cool down time between welds. For example, whenever I weld a new brace on a frame in use, I structure my time to weld one side of the material at a time to help with unwanted movement, and while it is cooling, I'll have something else to work on. For me this ensures I will not unexpectedly pull something or cause the frame to sag with the current weight, while staying busy during cooling cycles.
Pulse was set to 60 amps, 1.3pps, and I was running about half the pedal. That was the second time I had tried pulse!
