Exploring the Future of Manufacturing at Dreamforce 2025

The Direct Wire team is in San Francisco this week attending Dreamforce 2025, Salesforce’s annual innovation event. It’s an incredible opportunity to see where technology is heading and how it can help manufacturers like us serve our customers even better.

This year’s focus is all about creating smarter, more connected tools that make work easier. This includes helping teams spend less time on manual tasks and more time on what matters most: supporting our customers.

We’re learning about new Salesforce advancements, including Agentforce 360, which is designed to simplify processes like quoting, customer support, and marketing coordination.
