Electrical progress is moving forward at our Cherry Hills project, where coordination between trades is helping keep the work on track and done with care.
At this stage, the electricians are working through the basement panel and related electrical items, while trench adjustments are being reviewed and marked outside to support the required electrical layout. The laterals also need to be rerun to meet the project requirements, which means close coordination between the electrical team, site crews, and supporting trade partners is essential.
This part of the process is a good reminder that successful building is never just about one team working on one task. It takes communication, planning, and cooperation across multiple crews to make sure each piece supports the next. By working closely with our trade partners and reviewing details in real time, we help reduce delays, avoid unnecessary rework, and keep the project moving the right way.
A lot of the most important work in a home happens before the finishes ever go in, and this is exactly the kind of behind-the-scenes coordination that helps create a stronger final result.
