While studying at Metro State in his early years, Alan Gillette has dedicated the last 30 plus years to the construction industry, while building homes from the ground up for past 20 years. He has had a unique approach to home building, in that he incorporates a hands on method of training while keeping skilled labor and Sub contractors, to keep costs manageable. Whether in up times or bad, this ability allows us to manage costs and budgets in much greater detail.
