One of the questions I'm asked most often is, "Do you think my property could support an ADU?"

My answer is almost always the same: Let's take a look.

After 20 years in real estate and the last 10 specializing in ADUs, I've learned that every property is unique. It's not just about lot size—zoning, setbacks, access, existing structures, and your goals all play a role in what's possible.

I've had plenty of conversations that started with a homeowner convinced an ADU wasn't an option, only to discover there was a solution they hadn't considered.

Adding meaningful density to underused land is one of our passions. (Fun fact: David’s own new-build home sits on a rezoned lot that was once a single property and is now two.) Our Raleigh Street project turned a zone lot into a triplex, providing more families with access to the established West Denver neighborhood and the tree-shaded streets, schools, and services that come with it.
