Another successful night of commercial core drilling.

In addition to our commercial concrete saw cutting services, we provide precision core drilling from 1 inch to 18 inches using advanced Hilti equipment. We regularly complete plumbing, electrical, and mechanical penetrations through concrete slabs and walls, including elevated slabs, podium decks, and slab on metal deck construction.

32 hours of overnight work and more than 20 tons of concrete removed.

Our crew completed all saw cutting and removal for new plumbing, trench drains, and floor drains in a future sushi restaurant. The project required a combination of walk behind and handheld saws, along with hauling and disposal of all removed concrete.

Proud of the crew for putting in the long nights and getting this phase completed safely and on schedule.

This project included a custom stair system, connecting walkway, backyard patio, and shed pad, all designed to work with the property's significant grade changes while improving access and usable outdoor space.

Every section was built on a properly prepared base and reinforced for long term durability.

Another driveway brought back to life.

This project started with a severely cracked, spalling, and settling driveway and garage slab. We removed all existing concrete, regraded the area, installed and compacted Class 6 road base, and poured new concrete with proper slope and drainage throughout. The garage received a smooth finish, while the driveway was finished with a broom texture for durability and traction.

The best part? Just as we finished and started packing up, the homeowner's dog escaped and sprinted straight across the fresh concrete. Luckily, we were still on site and able to repair the surface before it set. In the end, you'd never know it happened.

One day. No shortcuts.

This backyard patio was completed from start to finish in a single day. We started with grading and compaction, installed and compacted Class 6 road base, reinforced the slab with rebar, and poured and finished the concrete that afternoon.

The checkerboard broom finish gives it a clean, modern look, and the homeowner is planning to add a pergola to complete the space.

Quality prep work is what makes concrete last. We never skip the steps you can't see.

These front entry steps had severely settled over the years and were really starting to show their age. The homeowner previously had the concrete lifted with mudjacking, but after a couple more years the settling returned.

Instead of another temporary fix, we tore everything out and rebuilt it properly with deep perimeter footings around the stairs and landing to create a solid long term foundation in the expansive clay soil below.

Clean, durable, and built to last.

Expanded this driveway by ~800 sq ft to create a clean, functional side yard parking area.

Finished with a checkerboard broom pattern that really stands out. Also added a small patio and walkway in the backyard to tie everything together.

Stamped patio upgrade ✔️

We used integral color to get a clean tan finish that ties in with the existing flagstone, then finished it with a Roman slate texture for a natural stone look. Control joints were placed to keep everything clean and consistent.

We offer a wide range of stamp patterns and colors including stone, brick, wood, and more.
