On this day, Most of us treat it as another paid vacation day. Here at the HLD we took a few moments to listen. We didn't make the full 2 hours but if you can make it through the first few minutes you'll get the picture. While you can say a lot about people, governments, and policy. Here at the HLD We believe there is a bigger question that should be addressed. What are we doing for our returning veterans? If you are in the Hickory, North Carolina area and would like to give back; Wood for Warriors can help you do it! They deliver at least 2 loads of split firewood to about 100 Veterans within about an hour radius. In this area most homes only source of heat is firewood. If you've never done it We encourage you to try! You wont need you're gym membership!
