Holly Hills 2 - this 70’s 2 story needed a lot of love. Siding replacement on the north and south gables, scraping and bondo work on other areas, a reinforced beam system to the front deck along with new Trex decking material and hidden fasteners. A new front entry fence using new redwood and cedar tongue and groove slats. And then a full 2 coat refresh of exterior paint with the Anchor Flexi-coat system🖌️ . This will be the third paint cycle we have performed for this client 🙌.
