Full scale remodel in 5 days!

This is a small primary bath in an old house in Evergreen. The customer had a vision and we brought it to life. New shower valve, new bathtub, tile on shower walls and bath floor. Couple of bath accessories, new vanity, new toilet, fresh paint and VOILA! Very pleased with how this one came out.

Trap door repair. This door weighs ~75lbs and nothing to hold it open or aid it open or close. We installed HD hinges with gas loaded springs on the inside. New wood stained to contrast and a new HD handle to open the door.

Another full house remodel in the books.

This house was built in 1892! No joke 🫣 It needed a lot of TLC. We came in and tore out all the carpet upstairs, tore out the kitchen and removed a ton of old dirt and debris from the house.

Insert new kitchen, new appliances, new countertops, new backsplash, new paint in entire house and new carpet upstairs. Along with a bunch of miscellaneous repairs throughout. Not bad for 3 weeks start to finish. 🫡🫡

This shower pan was failing and falling apart. We updated the floor with large format and put the curb back with a solid surface. Grout lines on the top of the curb is never a good idea.

Finishing up another awesome remodel. This basement started off with bare walls, old linoleum flooring, a bathroom that was older than me and not functioning and it was in need of an update!

7 weeks later, here we are! Punch and touch-up paint complete and final clean next week.

Whole house remodel! Final clean was complete today and another happy customer.

When I first came to this house, it had popcorn ceilings, carpet throughout, original bathrooms, original kitchen… The house was in need of some love.

All ceilings, floors, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, all doors, trim etc. were torn out and put back with new and updated finishes.
