This letter is to confirm, that Kevin Nowak Sr, president of The Gutter People of WNY, Inc. has, willfully and respectfully came to an agreement with Highland contracting for the transfer of ALL:
-Equipment,
-Property
-Vehicles
-Customer, base
-Payroll employees
-Rights and control of the Gutter Helmet product within the allowed territories of Western New York.
-Inventory to Highland contracting.

Kevin has removed all of his affiliation with all of the above mentioned, entities and businesses along with any township COC, BBB and social media control.

Please keep in mind that there has been 40 years of work, put into the building and relationships by Kevin and his past years of staff. This may take some time for it to finally transpose.

I will be keeping my (aol) email address for any future records I may need.

Within the terms of our agreement, Highland Contracting will be taking over and controlling all of the above mention items.

In conclusion;
It has been a pleasure resolving thousands of customers needs this area. Along with adding, lifelong friendship with customers, suppliers, wholesalers, and other connections we have made.

I am excited for Highland, Contracting to succeed in another area of New York State.
