Our team is on site in Utica, NY for the final stages of an open remodel at Planet Fitness which prompts some reflection.

Working with ownership on a member-first schedule has allowed gym-goers to keep their routine while the space gets a much-needed refresh and the latest equipment. There are many paths to achieve the same goal which is we take the time to uncover roadblocks and tailor a solution.

Balancing stakeholder priorities and making construction a catalyst for their success is what makes this work so rewarding beyond the finished result.

Now it’s time to finish strong and carry forward the lessons that make our team better every project.
