If you’ve called our office, chances are you’ve had the pleasure of speaking with Nicole. She’s a caring, friendly voice for so many of our customers and an important part of our team and family here at Paul The Plumber.

This week, Nicole and her family experienced a devastating house fire that turned their lives upside down. While we are incredibly grateful everyone is safe, they have lost so much and now face the difficult process of rebuilding their home and getting back on their feet.

During the fire, their cats also escaped the home and are currently loose in the Londonderry area. The family is desperately hoping they are found safe and brought home. If you are local to Londonderry, please keep an eye out and share any sightings.

We’re coming together as a community to support Nicole and her family during this heartbreaking time. If you are able to help, any donation — big or small — would mean the world to them. Even sharing this post can make a difference. ❤️

Our team had an incredible time at the Bring Back the Trades event in Londonderry! We showcased an indoor and outdoor setup. Ken and Danny demonstrated how source water is controlled through piping and valves.

A huge congratulations to Zac for earning a well-deserved scholarship 👏

We love being part of events like this and connecting with the next generation of skilled tradespeople. The passion and curiosity we saw are exactly what will keep this industry strong!
