A premier earth moving company in Des Moines,IA Robert began his career working with heavy equipment after serving in the US Army.

👻🚜 BOO-ZER ON THE LOOSE! 🎃🍬

They told us to get into the Halloween spirit… so naturally, we put a ghost on the payroll. 😂

From all of us at Des Moines Dirt Worx, have a safe and Happy Halloween! 🎃👻

Remember, we’re not afraid of ghosts… just rain in the forecast! 🌧️😂

☀️ The sun is setting, the dirt is flying, and Friday is finally in sight! 🚜💪

Another week of early mornings, long days, and getting things done! We might be running on caffeine, diesel, and a little bit of stubbornness at this point, but we wouldn’t have it any other way! 😂

One more push, then it’s time to trade those work boots for weekend plans!

Keep grinding, keep building, and finish the week strong! 💪

Moving dirt, making progress, and losing arguments with Mother Nature since 2021. 😂

10/02/2026

After a month of rain, we were starting to think the sun had been laid off. 😂☀️

But she finally showed back up, the iron is moving, and we are READY TO GO! 💪

Time to quit talking about the weather and start moving some dirt again!

When they said the job was in Des Moines, we didn’t realize they meant IN the Des Moines River. 😂🌊🚜

Just another day at the office for the Des Moines Dirt Worx crew. Keeping the iron moving and the guys working—dry ground apparently optional.

We wanted to take a minute to recognize the guys who keep Des Moines Dirt Worx moving every day. Early mornings, late nights, long days, and whatever the job throws at them—they continue to show up and get it done.

The equipment might get all the attention in the pictures, but it’s the hardworking people behind it that make this company what it is.

Thank you to our crew for everything you do. We couldn’t do it without you.

Happy Labor Day weekend from Des Moines Dirt Worx, LLC. 🇺🇸💪

🚨 LOST & FOUND 🚨

We’re looking for the owner of this very special rock that was generously delivered through the window of one of our loaders. 🪨💥

It clearly has some sentimental value, considering the amount of effort someone put into making sure we received it. ❤️

We’d hate for its owner to be without it, so if this beauty belongs to you, please reach out to Des Moines Dirt Worx. We’d be more than happy to discuss arrangements for its return. 😏

In the meantime… Happy Friday from the Dirt Worx crew! Apparently some weeks just like to go out with a bang. 😂

P.S. — Next time, the door works just fine.

If your morning commute included asking, “Wasn’t there a road here yesterday?”… our apologies. 😅

New neighborhoods need new infrastructure, and that starts underground before it looks pretty above ground.

A little inconvenience today means new homes, new utilities, and a better road tomorrow. Thanks for bearing with us while we make progress happen. 👊🚧

Training our next generation of operators… one treat at a time. 🐾😂

Every crew needs a good trainer, and ours just happens to have four legs and a wagging tail.

At Des Moines Dirt Worx, we believe in starting them young… even if they’re only qualified to chase squirrels on coffee breaks. 🦴🚜

Throwing it back to one of those jobs that was as much fun as it was satisfying. 💪🚜
Every project has a story, and this one definitely kept us smiling. Nothing beats looking back at the jobs that remind us why we love what we do.
Here’s to making more memories… and moving a little more dirt along the way!
