Back out to Birdland marina again. This time to cut down all the sheet pilings flush to the concrete and grind all slag/shard edges down. Had to fight some water pushing up between the concrete and pilings on the lowest corner, it put up a fight but didn’t stop me from getting the job done! Thank you DSM Dirt Worx for letting JoCo Mobile Welding help out!

Easy aluminum repair the other day, a few of the welds on this built in tool box had broken. Someone attempted welding it up with a Mig welder running stainless steel wire. 🤦 So needless to say I had a bit more grinding then it originally should have been, but it welded back up nicely.

Fun job out at hulcher services again. Had to drive a bushing back in place and cut out and weld a keeper in place so it wouldn’t come back out per customers request. Also had to extract a broken bolt on another pin keeper.

Today I had some fun rolling around in the mud and water giving dsm dirt worx a hand again. They had a separation in one of their barrier panels, so we had to weld 3 plates in place tieing everything in together.

Customer had a few stubborn wheel bolts that were rounded off and not budging. Extraction attempt with a 1/2” bolt failed so had to bust out the torch to cut the wheel bolts out. Damage free to the wheel luckily for the customer.

Late night aluminum trailer repair at the loves truck stop. This trailer has definitely been used and abused, had to fill in some pretty significant gouges, and cut out some cracks to fill back in. The side rail also had a 5’ section where the rail was bent between each brace, so the customer was unable to utilize that entire 5’ section for securing loads, so I had to reform them back into place.
