Each mark represents a detail we’re committed to addressing before turnover so the space is ready for occupancy without loose ends.

The blue tape walk is a standard part of closeout and an important final step in the process that helps ensure everything is finished properly.

At DCI Group, we don’t consider the job finished until every detail is complete.

Project Update 🚧
Greene County Jail – Jefferson, IA

Work continues on the new 12,000 SF facility in Jefferson, which will include 30 beds, secure intake and holding areas, a central command center, and support spaces like a kitchen and laundry.

On site this week: security ceilings are wrapping up, concrete work is ongoing, and interior buildout is getting ready to start.

🚧 Altoona Fire Station No. 26 – Project Update 🚧

We’ve been making solid progress as work moves into the next phase. The administrative portion now has its slab-on-grade in place, setting things up for interior buildout.

Over the apparatus bay, the pre-finished EPIC deck is installed, and masonry veneer is now underway on the exterior, starting to give the building its finished look.

Interior framing is set to begin this week as work continues across the site. Stay tuned for more updates!
