Earlier this month, we shared the amazing transformation of this bathroom, and today we wanted to share a few of the up-close details! ✨

One of our favorite parts of remodeling is finding ways to make a space feel personal to the homeowner.

Our homeowner is an amazing and passionate quilter, so we took that passion and incorporated it into the bathroom design with tile that mimics a quilting pattern.

We carried that pattern into the shower niche and the bathroom floor for a unique detail that ties the space together.🧵🪡

It’s little details like this that can make a space feel truly unique and personal to you!

What a beautiful way to bring a little bit of the homeowner’s personality into the design. ❤️

We share a lot of the big transformations around here, but we don't want to forget about the small projects!

Sometimes it's a door that won't close right, a railing that needs secured, a few boards that need replaced, or a room that just needs a little TLC.

Not every project has to be a major remodel to make a difference in your home. ❤️

What’s one small project you've been putting off?

🎃 It's officially fall!

We want to know — what’s your favorite part of this time of year?

🍁 The changing leaves
🎃 Halloween
☕ Pumpkin everything
🔥 Cozy nights at home
🍎 Fall activities and festivals
🧥 Cooler weather

Testimonial Thursday!

The leaves are changing, the mornings are getting cooler, and somehow we’re already heading into the last few months of the year!

October is a great time to tackle those smaller home projects you’ve been putting off before winter arrives. A few repairs or updates now can make a big difference when the cold weather settles in.

What’s on your home to-do list this fall?

✨ Check out this amazing transformation of this bathroom! ✨

We gave everything a refresh and it turned out so amazing! Our team crushed it! 🙌

We updated the shower and removed a Jacuzzi tub that wasn't being used and took up quite a bit of space. In its place, we added custom cabinetry for a much more useful and functional space!

We love how this bathroom came together! 🛁✨

We appreciate our customers! ❤️

Every project we complete starts with a homeowner trusting us with their home. Whether it's a large remodel or a small repair, we're grateful for every opportunity to help improve the homes in our community.

Thank you for choosing Lil' Brother Construction, recommending us to your friends and family, and allowing us to do what we love every day. 🏡🔨

We helped complete this beautiful fireplace mantel and surrounding built-in bookshelves for one of our customers, and we absolutely love how they made it their own!

Our customer did such a beautiful job decorating the space with their books, plants, games, baskets, and personal touches. ❤️ It really brings the whole project to life and makes this space feel warm, cozy, and uniquely theirs.

We love getting to see our work finished, but seeing how our customers make a space their own is even better! 🏡✨

🍂 What's on your fall home improvement to-do list?

Maybe it's finally replacing that old door...

Maybe the deck needs some repairs...

Maybe there's a room you've been wanting to update...

Or maybe you've got a whole list of little projects you've been putting off! 😉

Whatever is on your list, we'd love to help you check some things off. 🔨🏡

Testimonial Thursday!

This one is extra special because Darci is trusting us again! ❤️

We’re so thankful to have the opportunity to work with her again, and this time we’re heading into a kitchen remodel! 🛠️🏡 We’re excited to get started next week and see this space come together.

There’s no better compliment than a customer choosing Lil’ Brother Construction for another project. Thank you, Darci, for trusting us again! 🥰

Stay tuned as we’ll be sharing the before & afters throughout! 👀✨
