Progress! Thank you for the incredible weather!!!! OH Doors doors in. Windows and doors in. Driveway done. Rough grade done. Roof and siding very close. White lines will disappear when painted, which this late in the year may be spring, TBD.

We are still at it, just a bit busy to post often. Remove attached 2 stall garage, lower the floor 4', add 3 stall with 33x24 shop above. Greatful for the nice Dec weather!!!

HELP WANTED!!!
Working with a crew to remodel kitchens bathroom, as well as basement finish and room additions. Work involves demo, framing, minor painting and drywall, trim carpentry,, punch list, minor roofing siding and landscaping. Heavy lifting is often involved. Pay based on confirmed experience and good referrals. Job is quite physically demanding at times and involves working on ladders, roofs and hights on a somewhat regular basis. Drug screen and back ground check will be required before employment starts.

Dutys: Demo, Framing, trim carpentry, cleanup, organization, working with employees and customers on a professional basis.
