The TWC Service Sales team came together in Des Moines for our annual Service Sales Meeting. For some, it was their first time visiting our new headquarters, which opened in 2022.

Over three days, the team focused on alignment, learning, recognition, and preparing to deliver even more value to our clients in the year ahead.

We also took time to celebrate our people during a special awards dinner recognizing service milestones, leadership development achievements, and outstanding performance. Congratulations to Todd Wilbert on an exceptional year and for earning the Best in Show award for outstanding sales.

And it was not all meetings. The team enjoyed time together at a game bar, an e-bike tour on the High Trestle Trail, an Iowa State Capitol building tour, a golf outing, or a visit to the Ape Cognition and Conservation Initiative.
