We put the G2 PWM Controller to work on our '71 C10.

In our latest video, Bob is joined by Ryan from Jolt Systems to install and program the G2 PWM Controller, walking through the entire process—from wiring and configuration to testing two high-performance cooling fans.

Ryan had never used the G2 before, so we figured there was no better way to put it to the test than letting an experienced wiring professional get his hands on it.

Ever been cruising all day with perfect temperatures… then watched the gauge climb the second you hit stop-and-go traffic?
We saw this firsthand at Goodguys Des Moines this weekend.
Thousands of incredible builds were out enjoying the event, but as cars moved through slow traffic, parade routes, and long lines, one problem kept showing up:
Cooling systems that work great on the highway can struggle when the airflow disappears.
So why does your car overheat in traffic but not on the highway?

The answer usually comes down to one thing:
👉 At highway speeds, your radiator gets constant airflow.
👉 In traffic, your fans become the only thing moving air through the radiator.
That’s where traditional ON/OFF fan setups can struggle.
A relay can only tell your fan one thing:
RUN 100% or TURN OFF.
But cooling demand isn’t always 0% or 100%
