Here is a 6 stall mare motel with tack room/feed room and a wash rack. The stalls are all 15’ x 15’ and 7’ tall with Delmar wire to keep the coyotes out. This one is gonna house a horse, mini cow, goats and pigs!

We are currently looking to hire a director of operations.
This will be mostly office work.
Duties to include:

Ordering materials.
Assisting with building permits.
Scheduling 4 crews and delivery driver.
Scheduling multiple sub contractors.

Must be able to:
Operate a computer.
Read plans.
Have knowledge of steel components for barns, buildings and fence. Knowledge of Paint, drywall, insulation, electrical and plumbing.
Reliable transportation.
(5) 8 hour days M-F
Office is located in North Phoenix.
Weekly pay ranging from $25-$35 depending upon experience.
401k after 6 months.
