Big progress at our latest MLC Custom Homes build! 🏗️🏡
The final rough grade is officially finished 🚜—huge shoutout to Matt for making the yard look fantastic. The exterior siding is completely wrapped up and looking sharp. 🔨 Thanks to Dave and his team for their great work!
We are pushing hard on the interior now, just waiting for those beautiful Cambria countertops to arrive. 🛠️✨ It won’t be long before our clients are moving into their dream custom home! 🔑

“I have had the opportunity to build with MLC custom homes and the experience was fantastic. We were on a very tight building schedule and despite the fact that it rained the entire first month of the project, we finished the project and moved in 11 weeks later. The main reason for the quick build was Bryan’s ability to coordinate the project so well. Materials and subcontractors never slowed the build because of his attention to details and he always looked well enough in advance to keep things moving. I was especially pleased with how he paid close attention to the manufactures warranties and followed them so to assure the entire house was built to the highest standard. Bryan’s organization and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence throughout the entire project. The most shocking thing happened, however, AFTER the final check was cut. He showed up to see that everything was working properly and if there was anything he needed to fix! He was proactive and that is a VERY rare quality in the construction trade. It solidified the fact that I made the right decision in choosing MLC custom homes. I look forward to working with him again in the near future.” Lisa Jasken- Detroit Lakes MN

This stunning custom home, nestled in the heart of Becker County, MN, is a true masterpiece! One of my absolute favorite features is the enchanting screened-in porch—a perfect sanctuary for savoring the warm summer evenings. What better way to unwind than to bask in the beauty of nature while being comfortably shielded from its little critters? It’s the ideal spot to relax and soak in the serene surroundings!

Built in 2013 in rural Ottertail County, this custom home remains a standout design. I especially love the detached garage with bonus space above—a feature that has resonated so well with our clients that we've created four unique variations of this floor plan concept. Each iteration offers its own twist, yet all capture the charm and practicality that make this layout so popular.

Exciting progress update on the Frazee project with MLC Custom Homes! 🏡⚡
The latest site delivery just landed, and big moves are happening inside. Cabinets are officially set, and all interior millwork and doors are on site ready for installation. 🛠️📦
It’s still a rough canvas without the countertops and final trim in place, making it a bit tricky to picture the finished masterpiece just yet. But piece by piece, the vision is coming to life, and watching the big picture take shape on this Frazee home is incredible! 🔨✨
Stay tuned as we transform this stage into the spectacular final reveal! 🏼
