Interior renovation of kitchen and living room. Floor plan opened up, deleting bathroom, moved electric panel and relocating exterior door to add more counter space. Removing picture Window, Cutting the brick out to enlarge the opening, structural framing to pick up roof weight, than installing new doorwall. Restructuring of bearing wall, with Exposed under mounted LVL wrapped with hardwood and finished with columns.
