Safety milestones worth celebrating 👏

Two of our Detroit locations recently reached incredible achievements in workplace safety:
🔹 Technologies Detroit – 25 years without a lost-time accident
🔹 Nolwood Detroit – 5 years without a lost-time accident

Both teams marked the occasion with well-deserved luncheon celebrations, bringing everyone together to recognize the commitment, consistency, and care it takes to reach milestones like these.

These achievements don’t happen by chance—they reflect a culture where safety comes first, every day. From leadership to frontline teams, it takes accountability, teamwork, and looking out for one another.

Congratulations to both teams on these outstanding accomplishments—and thank you for continuing to set the standard. 💙

Seeing the impact—one pair at a time 👓

Our Corporate team recently joined CTTech in Gary, IN to support the Lions Clubs International Recycle for Sight program—and the response was incredible.

Together, we collected a large number of donated glasses that will be refurbished and distributed to people in need around the world.

This is what teamwork looks like—coming together to make a meaningful difference beyond our walls.

🎄🧶 Our Ugly Sweater Contest brought the fun this year!

With 42 creative, hilarious, and truly ugly entries, our teams went all out — and the voting was incredibly close, especially for third place! It was amazing to see so much creativity, team spirit, and holiday cheer across our locations.

💙 Grateful for the Heart of Our PVS Team 💙

Over the past few months, teams across PVS have gone above and beyond to serve their communities — and we couldn’t be more proud. It’s truly inspiring to see the generosity, compassion, and servant spirit that define our people.

Here are just a few of the incredible ways our teams have made a difference:
✨ Nolwood Detroit – Organized a food and clothing drive to support the surrounding Detroit community.
🎄 Corporate – Supported the Fisher House, collecting much-needed items for veterans and their families staying at Fisher House Detroit via a Giving Tree.
🧴 CTTech – Gary, IN – Led a toiletries drive to help those in need.
🍲 Corporate – Volunteered at Capuchin Soup Kitchen, serving meals to those facing hunger.
🤝 CTTech – Delivered care and support to TransFlo in Louisville after the UPS crash, standing alongside terminal workers during a difficult time.
📦 Sackett-Waconia – Donated over 1,000 pounds of items this year to individuals and families in need.
🎟 Buffalo (Solutions & Nolwood) – Raised $1,500 for the Seneca Babcock Community Development Center through a basket raffle

And these are just the stories we know about. Across our organization, acts of kindness like these are happening every day.
