The customer recently reached out to us, concerned about the performance of their cooling system. After an evaluation, we identified that coil cleaning was required to restore it back to its factory flow. We promptly employed our reliable product - the Nu Brite coil cleaner. Our customer reached out to us with concerns about their air conditioning system's performance. With the summer heat, it's crucial that the system functions optimally. We provided an in-depth AC system tune-up to alleviate the issue at hand. A home had a unit that was giving a high/low voltage code. We monitored the system for voltage spikes or drops. We checked the breakers and disconnect for loose wires. We found that the wires on the condenser were loose. After tightening the wire, the unit stopped turning off.

The customers unit was draining out of thier secondary drainline. We found that their main drainline was cloged as well...

The customers unit was draining out of thier secondary drainline. We found that their main drainline was cloged as well as the spout under the sink. We cleared both, flushing the mainline to the sink and the sink spout.

Unit was giving out 80° and low and behold we found a bad capacitor. Replaced it and unit is back up and running.
