What we have been up to.

We fixed a porch that needed to pass inspection. And got the green card. We forgot the after pictures

Then we added 2 brand new windows and replaced 3 others. Because apparently windows are a thing people need.

We installed another American-made Sentrel shower. Because every time we install one of these, a bald eagle gets its wings. That's just science.

We poured some mini barn pads for a customer who's building out their property. Concrete doesn't lie—it's solid work.

And we replaced a door. A nice one. The kind that actually closes properly and doesn't make that creepy horror movie sound.

This is what a typical week looks like for us. A little bit of everything. A lot of quality. And always—ALWAYS—making it better.

From porches to windows to showers to concrete to doors. We do it all.

We got the best text today thanking us for sponsoring their kid's horse riding and rodeo events. 🐴

And honestly? This is exactly why we work so hard.

Bathroom remodel update right here in our neighborhood, and let me tell you—this one's been a journey.

We started with a vision. Walls prepped, plumbing roughed in, and then came the real test: the tub. You gotta make sure it actually works and is comfortable before you finish everything around it.

But here's the thing—we couldn't just leave it at a standard shower. This is an American-made Sentrel shower we're installing. Because apparently, every time a Sentrel shower gets installed in Arizona, a bald eagle gets its wings. 🦅

Still coming: finish work on those walls (which currently look like they've been through a war), and here's the kicker—heated floors. Imagine stepping out of the shower onto warm tile on a cold morning instead of that "holy crap that's cold" tile experience. That's the level of detail we bring.

This is what we do. We don't just remodel bathrooms. We create spaces people actually want to use. Spaces that feel good, work perfectly, and last for years. Plus, your feet won't freeze.

We're back in Mayer building the "Merlargo" for our awesome return customers. 🐔

This isn't just a chicken run—it's a full-service poultry palace. Multiple roosts, nesting boxes, covered runs, secure perimeter. These chickens are living better than most of us.

But that's not all.

Our new neighbors right here in our backyard? They needed horse stalls and a horse shade. So we built 'em. Two stalls with solid construction and a covered area that keeps the sun off while the breeze flows through. Because horses deserve shade too.

That's the beauty of this work—one day you're building luxury chicken accommodations, the next you're setting up equestrian comfort. We do it all, and we do it right.

Repeat customers trust us. New neighbors trust us. And honestly? We love the variety. From the smallest detail to the biggest project, we show up and make it better.

Back at it with the chicken real estate expansion project.

This chicken run + hen house is an addition to the one I built last year—because apparently the ladies asked for “more square footage and better views.”
And yes… it passed inspection.

Inspector Harvey showed up on-site (local squirrel, very serious, zero sense of humor). She did a full perimeter check, stared me down, and then approved it after I didn’t offer her snacks. Tough but fair.
Also knocked out a few more punch-list items for a realtor in Cottonwood—getting that place dialed in and ready for the next owner.
