Here at Butterfly Forge, we believe in the simple things and the power of tradition... and there's nothing so simple and powerful as the tradition of child labor.

We're giving our on-the-road show an upgrade! We've got on the first coat of paint. Flooring is on the way, and we're hoping to get the air conditioner in and be set for our first official happy camper trial run at the Brooklet Fantasy & Folklore Festival in September. Child laborers included.

To all fair maidens, noble lords, weary travelers, wandering merchants, brave knights, fearless Vikings, enchanted fairies, and seekers of grand adventure...

By decree, let the gates of the Kingdom of Brooklet be opened!

On the 12th and 13th days of September in the Year of Our Lord 2026, the kingdom shall awaken with music, merriment, feasting, and spectacles worthy of legend. Gather thy kin and journey forth for a celebration where fantasy and folklore spring to life before thine very eyes.

Within the kingdom, thou shalt witness the thunder of full combat jousting, mighty Viking warriors locked in battle, skilled swordsmen testing their mettle, archers taking aim, and axes striking true. Lift thine eyes to the heavens as a master falconer presents nine magnificent birds of prey soaring through the skies.

Stroll the winding pathways and encounter graceful mermaids, an enchanted fairy village filled with magical fairies, the Royal King and Queen, and the Grand Parade. Marvel at the astonishing feats of the Dead City Circus Sideshow, James the Whipper, fearless fire breathers, daring sword swallowers, towering stilt walkers, talented jugglers, and a breathtaking fire spectacular. Let the spirited sounds of Celtica Nova carry thee throughout the kingdom.

Young adventurers may delight in pony rides, bounce houses, and face painting, while hungry travelers may feast within the Food Court or raise a tankard in the Beer Garden. Wander among more than one hundred merchants, artisans, makers, and traders, each offering handcrafted wares, curious treasures, and remarkable finds throughout the kingdom.

Whether thou arrivest clad in shining armor, fairy wings, noble robes, Viking furs, pirate garb, or simply as thyself, thou art warmly welcomed. Costumes are encouraged, yet never required.

Admission is but $15 for a full day's adventure, with VIP Passes available for those who desire a truly royal experience.

Parking throughout the kingdom is free, and handicap-accessible parking shall be provided for our honored guests.

The gates shall open:

Saturday, September 12 • 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.Sunday, September 13 • 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
