COYOTE WELL SERVICES LLC ACQUIRES BADLANDS HYDROTESTING INC.
Coyote Well Services LLC is proud to announce the acquisition of Badlands Hydrotesting Inc. through an all-asset sale, including its Watford City location. The acquisition became official on October 1, 2026.
This strategic acquisition strengthens Coyote’s ability to serve customers throughout the Bakken, with locations in Dickinson, Watford City, and Minot, North Dakota. Our Watford City location brings equipment and crews closer to our customers, providing greater convenience when calling out our services.
Coyote’s expanded fleet and service capabilities include:
• 10 Hydrotest Trucks
• 7 Scan Units
• Torque & Test Division
• 8 Hotshot Pickups
• 16 — 40-foot Trailers
• 12 Dumpsters
To support continued service, Coyote has established Master Service Agreements with Badlands customers, ensuring their work can be serviced through Coyote Well Services.
Under the ownership of Dan Winger, Badlands Hydrotesting operated for 14 years, serving a strong customer base through locations in Dickinson, Watford City, and Bowman.
